• MagnetMail: MagnetMail is a web based application service that clients can use to create, send and track HTML emails.
  
  Clients typically use MagnetMail to send out email newsletters, email marketing communications, press releases, subscription notices, etc.
  
  
  
  
• MagnetFax: MagnetFax is also a web based application that is integrated with MagnetMail. Clients can send out fax broadcasts to their users.
  
  Typical use would be to send out press releases, send marketing promotions, etc. Since MagnetFax is integrated with MagnetMail clients can send out integrated communication to users. • MagnetSurvey: MagnetSurvey is a web based survey and forms tool. Clients can create surveys and forms in minutes. They can create professional surveys using pre-defined templates or create from scratch.
  
  Clients use this for doing marketing research, gather customer data, create subscription forms, etc.
  
  
  
  
  
• EmailExam: EmailExam uncovers problems with broadcast email messages BEFORE it is sent — saving clients money, lost opportunities, and customer alienation.
